Students Apply Knowledge to Real Challenges

Students from Bethlehem University’s Technology Department recently displayed their creativity and technical expertise during a Student Projects Exhibition in Sansur Hall. Featuring work from second- and third-year students in the Software Engineering and Computer Simulation in Sciences and Engineering programs, the exhibition highlighted how classroom learning is transformed into practical solutions and innovative technologies.

A centerpiece of the exhibition was an integrated Booking System developed by Software Engineering students. The project combined software engineering, cloud computing, frontend development, software architecture, and design patterns into a single cohesive system, demonstrating how students integrate knowledge from multiple disciplines to solve complex real-world challenges.

The exhibition also featured advanced computer graphics projects, ranging from low-level OpenGL rendering pipelines to fully developed game environments created with Unity and Unreal Engine. In addition, students presented simulation-based engineering projects that applied engineering problem-solving skills using commercial simulation software.

Throughout the exhibition, visitors had the opportunity to engage directly with students, explore their projects, and learn more about the innovative approaches being developed within the department.
